Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee and manage the Risk Management Services (RMS) department. Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Monitor market trends and identify potential risks. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive risk management approach. NISM certification Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service broking. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
