Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Location: Sadashiv Nagar, Bengaluru Industry: Stock Broking Experience: 3+ Years Gender Preference: Female Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our growing HR team in Sadashiv Nagar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, with hands-on experience in head hunting, within the stock broking sector . This role requires a go-getter mindset with the ability to source and attract top talent in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Preparing job descriptions (JD) in coordination with department heads. Sourcing candidates through multiple platforms (job portals, referrals, social media, internal databases, etc.). Searching internal and external databases to identify potential candidates. Head hunting passive candidates through LinkedIn, cold calling, and professional networking. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from screening to final selection. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels. Ensure smooth onboarding of candidates Maintain recruitment trackers, weekly MIS reports, and candidate pipeline data. Stay updated on recruitment trends, competitor hiring strategies, and market insights Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to head hunting and passive candidate engagement in a stock broking firm Prior experience in stock broking recruitment is highly desirable. Proficient in recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Candidate: Female candidates preferred as part of our diversity and inclusion initiative.
