Role & responsibilities
Employee Records & Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and confidentiality agreements.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure HR operations are compliant with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation related to HR compliance.
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including coordination of orientation, paperwork, and initial training.
- Oversee the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, managing employee separations, and ensuring compliance with termination procedures.
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Recruitment Coordination:
- Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in candidate selection and interviews.
- Interview & Selection Support:
- Coordinate interview logistics and assist hiring managers in conducting interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment assessments.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Employee Support & Queries:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters such as leave policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace issues.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, recognition programs, and morale-boosting activities.
- Conflict Resolution & Employee Concerns:
- Assist with resolving employee conflicts and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and handle employee grievances as needed.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Assist in generating regular HR reports on employee turnover, attendance, performance, and other HR metrics.
- Support the preparation of data and analysis for HR strategy and decision-making.
- HR Projects & Initiatives:
- Support the HR team in executing HR projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys, health and wellness initiatives, and diversity and inclusion programs.
Placement Coordination:
- Lead Placement Team and drive placement initiative.
- Build and maintain relationship with industry partners.
- Identify job opportunities and facilitate student placement
- Meet and exceed placement target.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure student readiness.
Preferred candidate profile
Masters/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
