Job Description

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements. • Source potential candidates using online platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), internal databases, and employee referrals. • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Draft and share offer letters, coordinate with onboarding teams. • Support employer branding and campus recruitment activities when required. • Track and report recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
