Job Description

Requirements:

5-7 years of proven experience in HR roles
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field from recognized university
Sound technical knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Ability to work independently and multitask - prioritizing and planning

Responsibilities:

Maintaining employee records & other statutory requirements
To look after timely renewal of Workmen Compensation policies of different Sites.
To assist in Statutory compliances like PF, ESIC of the organization.
To prepare monthly Labour payments for various sites.
Managing daily attendance of employees and workers
Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll
Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department
Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
