Business Head/ Rope Access

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies for the rope access division
• Drive growth through new client acquisition and service diversification
• Manage P&L, budgeting, cost control, and overall financial performance
• Lead proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations and management
• Oversee project execution with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Build and manage high-performing rope access teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with IRATA standards & requirements and HSE regulations
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continual improvement

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10-15 years of experience in rope access, industrial services, or related sectors with minimum 5 years in managerial/leadership role
• Proven leadership in business development, operations and contract management
• IRATA Level 3 certification or equivalent rope access expertise will be preferred
• Strong technical and commercial acumen and project delivery experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
