Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies. Maintain proper storage of items to prevent damage and ensure quick retrieval. Issue materials as per approved requisitions and update stock records. Monitor stock levels, generate daily/weekly inventory reports, and raise alerts for reorders. Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality departments for timely material movement. Maintain stock registers, GRNs, issue slips, and all documentation. Support audits by providing accurate inventory data and ensuring documentation compliance. Ensure 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards in the stores area. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in a similar stores or warehouse role. Knowledge of inventory management systems and softwares Basic knowledge of safety and material handling procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills.
