We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Executive. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates who are eager to begin their career in HR. The selected candidate will support various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  
• Maintain employee records and databases.
  
• Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
  
• Assist with performance appraisal processes.
  
• Handle documentation and compliance related to HR policies.
  
• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Internship experience in HR or related field.
  
• Familiarity with HR software or tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
  
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
