Job Summary

A Civil Site Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and according to specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure timely execution of work.
  
• Interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
  
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, laborers, and vendors.
  
• Manage site resources including materials, equipment, and manpower.
  
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project documentation.
  
• Monitor and maintain site safety protocols and compliance with legal regulations.
  
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering support.
  
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and clients for technical clarification and coordination.
  
• Assist in material procurement and quantity estimation.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Education

  : Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).

• Experience

  : 1–5 years (depending on level of role).

• Technical Skills

  :
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal guidelines.
