Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  • Support day-to-day HR operations
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure optimum manpower planning for shifts and production targets.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
  • Compliance & Statutory Requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, and other labor laws.
  • Maintain statutory records, registers, and timely submission of returns.
  • Coordinate with labor inspectors, auditors, and government authorities.

Time & Attendance Management

  • Monitor biometric/attendance systems.
  • Manage overtime, leave records, and shift scheduling.
  • Prepare payroll inputs accurately and on time.

Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Handle worker grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
  • Build good relations with unions/worker committees if applicable.
  • Implement welfare measures such as canteen, safety, health checkups, and workplace facilities.

Training & Development

  • Conduct skill development and safety training for workers.
  • Organize workshops to improve productivity and compliance awareness.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Work with the Safety Officer to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with PPE usage, fire drills, and accident reporting.

Performance & Retention

  • Monitor worker efficiency and support supervisors in appraisals.
  • Implement retention programs to reduce attrition.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
