Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a strong employer brand and maintaining a healthy and productive work environment.

Experience :

  • 1.5 -2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
  • Assist in compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong ethical foundation and sense of responsibility.
