Job Description

As an HR professional, your primary responsibility will be to implement and manage HR policies and procedures effectively. You will be in charge of managing the recruitment processes, which includes tasks such as resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Additionally, maintaining employee records and updating HR databases will be a crucial aspect of your role. Managing employee benefits and compensation packages will also fall under your purview, along with conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to employees. You will be expected to address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management will be an essential part of your responsibilities, along with managing employee separation processes when necessary. The ideal candidate for this position should have an MBA qualification and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Immediate joining is required, and the work locations are in Jalgaon and Nagpur. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work.,
