HR Executive (Female)

Role Overview: As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining employee attendance, leave, and salary records. You will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Additionally, you will handle employee documentation, HR letters, and statutory compliance. It will be your duty to maintain employee databases, ensuring the confidentiality of HR information. You will also provide support in performance management, employee engagement, and implementation of HR policies. Furthermore, you will coordinate with management for HR-related updates and reports. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Human Resources and IT industry.
