What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintaining employee attendance, leave, and HR records
• Assisting with payroll coordination and compliance
• Supporting employee engagement, satisfaction, and welfare
• Handling internal communication and conflict resolution professionally
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and policy implementation

What We’re Looking For

• Female candidates with minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong communication and people-handling skills
• Organized, proactive, and approachable personality
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Comfortable working from our Sitapura Industrial Area office (on-site role)
