Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring and recruitment skills. Should have experience using Naukri hiring portal and LinkedIn jobs portal.
  • Manage attendance, leave applications, and employee records.
  • Handle payroll support including salary processing and pay queries.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff.
  • Address day-to-day HR and staff-related issues.
  • Coordinate with accounts for monthly invoicing and reimbursements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and HR compliance files.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and management team.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administrative work.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
