Role & responsibilities

Job Scope:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide recruitment support, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Support identification of internal talent and development planning.
Facilitate career and succession planning.
Conduct open houses and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Manage industrial relations with the contractual workforce and liaise with labor boards and government organizations.
Ensure the development and rollout of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and training calendars.
Facilitate performance management processes, including motiv8 facilitation.
Monitor HR operations, including leave planning, attendance, and employee discipline.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and legal requirements.
