Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR policy implementation. This role ensures the smooth operation of HR processes and helps maintain a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interviews - Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases - Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures - Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues - Support performance review and appraisal processes - Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in HR sourcing. The work location is in-person.,
