Looking to hire full-time HR Executive having 0-2+ Years of experience in Hiring for IT Firm (Developer/Designer/Tester/App Developer) on an immediate basis with good communication skills

Job Description:

· Screening & shortlisting of Designer/Developer) for interviews

· Regular posting of job advertisements & mining of prospective candidates

· Interviewing & assessing the suitability of candidates & matching them with Our requirement

· Administering & negotiating of contracts/offer letters

· Managing and providing consultancy to candidates on employment queries

· Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events

· Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, recruiter, or similar role

· Hands on experience with the largest job sites like indeed, Naukri simply hired etc

· Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like linked in, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms

· Handles Bulk Manpower (Technical, Skilled, etc.)

· With background IT Industry

· Experienced in recruitment end-to-end process

· Hardworking, diversified, and open to challenges

Qualifications and Skills
Education Background in should be HR related

- Getting shortlisting and scheduling and conducting the interviews, salary negotiation, Onboarding, Tracking, and Reporting.

- Good Communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
