Tele Caller Executive(Female Candidates)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecaller with experience in the property or real estate sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with clients, and scheduling property visits, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential property buyers, tenants, and landlords from the company database or leads provided.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client queries regarding properties, rental management, or property listings.
• Explain project details, property features, and service offerings in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales or property management team.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and daily activity reports in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Follow up regularly with interested clients and convert leads into site visits or service inquiries.
• Assist in post-visit follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support sales team in achieving monthly targets by generating high-quality leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
