1.1 Implement HR policies and procedures as established by the company and make everyone aware of the value of these processes.
1.2 Generate manpower planning for all concerned units and maintain monthly reports on the same.
1.3 To clearly understand the current and future manpower needs of all units and ensure capable human resources are available on time at all levels in the organization.
1.4 Collaborate with the HODs regularly and proactively identify hiring needs.
1.5 Generate Salary bandwidth for all the units and get it approved by the management.
1.6 To be responsible for collecting the requisition form filled by the department heads for the required pending positions.
1.7 To clearly understand the cost per position and the cost per source for every recruitment.
1.8 To stick strictly to the lead times for every position as per recruitment policy.
1.9 Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
1.10 Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
1.11 To understand the various sources of recruitment concerning the automobile industry and always maintain a rich database of talents.
1.12 Responsible to schedule the levels of interview of candidates with the department/ branch heads & HR
1.13 To be responsible for briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job and discussing the commercial terms, and confirming the date of joining.
1.14 Ensure checking the reference of the candidate and validate whether he/she is suitable for the required position.
1.15 Ensure to collect of necessary documents from new joiners and ensure the same has been filed in the Employee Individual Files.
1.16 To be responsible for nominating buddy on the employee’s date of joining and making sure he gets settled down in their respective departments.
1.17 Accountable to follow up with the new joiners on their 10th day of joining and make sure they have no hurdles in the job and environment.
1.18 Generate the Sales & service departments’ manpower count and present it to the management at the sales & service meeting and monthly review meeting.
1.19 Maintain effective database for the Employee Individual Files and ensure easy retrieval of documents.
1.20 Ensure to update the changes/ revisions regularly (or) update if any process revisions are requested by the HOD.
1.21 To frequently attend seminars/ conferences/ symposiums and develop networking in the automobile industry and enhance the talent pool of Chandra.
1.22 Effectively involve in multitasking HR activities as per the requirement and ensure to deliver the same in stipulated time.
1.23 To complete Coursera Training as per the Management’s Plan.
1.24 To adhere to all the policies of the company, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are
communicated and implemented across the company.
1.25 Ensure Housekeeping standards and 5S benchmarks / Go Green initiatives are strictly adhered to in the department.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
