Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify manpower requirements and seek necessary approvals from the HR Head
  • Create detailed job descriptions and advertise job openings through appropriate channels
  • Manage scheduling of interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities
  • Screen and review CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate recruitment processes
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies to ensure timely closure of open positions
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and facilitate smooth onboarding
  • Organize and lead training sessions for both new and existing employees
  • Ensure employee satisfaction by addressing concerns and improving workplace environment
  • Assist in performance management procedures and coordinate appraisal processes
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, data, and other essential information
  • Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from outgoing employees
  • Address employee grievances and communicate company policies and compliance updates
  • Oversee employee health and safety standards within the workplace
  • Conduct SWOT analysis for employees and provide counseling for areas of improvement
  • Ensure proper documentation and management of employee records
