Job Description

1. Coordinate and support recruitment activities: job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and on boarding. 2. Managing candidate details related to resume verification. 3. Scheduling and maintaining interview timelines for candidates. 4. Adding remarks and updating status after interviews are completed on our portal. 5. Taking eligibility test for candidates once the Interview is done. 6. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies. 7. Maintain and update employee records. 8. Adding their biometric and informing backend team to create their login Id. 9. Monitoring candidates who leave the training and informing the concern department to block their biometric and login Id.
