Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our internal teams, supporting recruitment efforts, and contributing to overall business coordination. This position also includes light sales coordination and daily reporting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Handle recruitment and hiring across departments Coordinate with sales and execution teams to ensure smooth workflow Maintain and monitor daily employee performance reports Assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement Coordinate with clients for basic follow-ups (if required) Support the management team in organizing meetings, schedules, and HR operations Required Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Good organizational and reporting abilities Ability to manage teams and ensure task accountability Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR software Positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in an interior design or construction company is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,627.69 - ₹34,345.18 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
