Site Supervisor – Interior Projects Location: Gurgaon | Company: Astamm Vasu Interior Pvt. Ltd. Experience: 2–4 Years | Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities for our residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of turnkey execution, vendor management, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site work and ensure execution as per approved drawings and timelines Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and material usage discipline Submit daily work progress reports and site photographs Manage quality checks and resolve site-level issues promptly Communicate project updates with the design and operations team Requirements: Proven experience in interior site supervision (minimum 2 years preferred) Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings Good communication and team coordination skills Basic understanding of materials, modular furniture, electrical & civil works Willingness to travel to sites across Gurgaon & NCR Qualifications: Diploma or ITI in Civil/Interior/ previous Interior Company Background/ related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,289.33 - ₹30,793.33 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
