HR - EXECUTIVE / ASST. MANAGER / MANAGER

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic HR professional to manage and support various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, people-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end HR responsibilities while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or MBA in Human Resource Management.
• For HR Executive: 2–3 years of experience in HR operations.
• For Assistant Manager – HR: 3–6 years of relevant HR experience.
• For HR Manager: 6–10+ years of progressive HR experience with team handling experience preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
