HR Executive Assistant-Female

Job Title: HR Executive
Qualification Required: MBA in Human Resource Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, Hirect, and Indeed, and a passion for people management and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Post job openings and manage applications through platforms like Naukri, Hirect, and Indeed.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR-related reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Support in the execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and staffing requirements.
• Manage employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on experience with recruitment portals: Naukri, Hirect, and Indeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Good organizational and administrative abilities

Experience: Freshers with relevant internship experience

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
