Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. This role plays a key part in attracting top talent, coordinating with hiring managers, and helping new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Source candidates using a variety of methods (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, etc.).
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical or managerial rounds.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Onboarding

Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-joining documentation.
Coordinate new hire orientation programs and ensure completion of onboarding checklists.
Set up new employee profiles in HRIS and ensure access to tools, systems, and resources.
Partner with IT, Admin, and Payroll to facilitate seamless onboarding.
Collect and maintain employee records as per company policy and legal requirements.
Conduct follow-up sessions with new hires to ensure successful integration.

HR Support

Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and databases.
Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
Support campus recruitment drives and internship programs.
Provide regular recruitment and onboarding reports to HR leadership.
