Role & responsibilities : End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for C2H roles. Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Client Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, timelines, and staffing needs. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Offer & Negotiation: Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding of candidates. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation, background checks, and compliance with client and legal requirements. Database Management: Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment databases. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market salaries, and talent availability to provide hiring recommendations.
