Job Title: HR

Job Overview: As an HR, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified

candidates for various positions within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers

and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to

fulfill those requirements. The role demands a combination of interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and

a deep understanding of the organization's culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to

attract top talent, including job postings, social media campaigns, networking events, and employee

referrals.

2.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, professional

networking sites, social media platforms, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.

3.

Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and

coordinate interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.

4.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring

managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

5.

Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates

throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback to ensure a positive

candidate experience.

6.

Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits

packages as needed, and facilitate the onboarding process.

7.

Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate

information and recruitment activities, and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and keyperformance indicators.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition or internship experience.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

simultaneously
