Position:

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent that aligns with our companys vision and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and draft job descriptions.
Source candidates using multiple channels job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, skills, and culture fit.
Ensure a seamless interview experience and effective coordination with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring MIS.
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment drives or job fairs.
Facilitate smooth on boarding and documentation processes for new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple hiring mandates and meet deadlines.
A self-starter with strong ownership and attention to detail.
