Job Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience to join our dynamic finance team. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage financial operations across multiple businesses, ensure regulatory compliance, streamline financial processes, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in accounting, MIS reporting, and ERP systems, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Key Responsibilities: • Book Closure & Accounting Oversight:- • Independently manage the monthly and annual closing of books for multiple business units • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards - Ind AS • Act as a key liaison with cross-functional business teams • Lead the standardization and alignment of Chart of Accounts (COA) across entities. • MIS Reporting, Business integrations and Diligences: • Prepare monthly MIS reports for different business verticals to facilitate performance monitoring and strategic decision-making • Provide variance analysis and actionable insights • Business transition & Integrations • Support onboarding of new businesses into the organization • -Manage due diligence processes, transition of opening balances, and COA integration. • Streamlining finance processes of the businesses / segments. • ERP Implementation: • Play a lead role in the design, testing, and implementation of ERP systems aimed at consolidating all business entities. • Ensure ERP configurations align with financial reporting and control objectives. • Statutory Compliance: • Oversee monthly filings of GST and TDS in line with statutory deadlines. • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with indirect tax requirements. • Financial Statements & Audits with Big 4 auditors Preferred Qualifications: • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience for Manager and 0-2 years for AM role • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Prior experience working with Big 4 auditors preferred. • Moderate Ind AS experience is must

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple hiring mandates and meet deadlines. A self-starter with strong ownership and attention to detail.
