Profile Summary:

HR Executive

Key Skills & Competencies:

Time Office Management:
Monitoring attendance, leaves, shift rosters, overtime
Recruitment:
End-to-end hiring sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding
Onboarding & Induction:
Handling joining formalities and employee orientation
Training Coordination:
Scheduling sessions, liaising with trainers, feedback follow-up
Compliance:
Solid understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, and labour law documentation
Payroll Support:
Preparing and sharing inputs with payroll/finance team
Employee Relations:
Handling grievances and employee engagement activities
Communication:
Fluent verbal and written communication; interdepartmental coordination

Day-to-Day HR Responsibilities:

Manage attendance and leave records through HRMS or Excel
Assist with joining formalities and new employee orientation
Maintain proper documentation and statutory registers
Coordinate interviews and schedule training sessions
Ensure accurate payroll inputs and support HR audits
Support contract labour or plant-level HR processes (if applicable

Educational Qualification:

MBA in Human Resources / PGDM / Master's in HR or related field
Additional certifications in Labour Law / Payroll.
