Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations for selection.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and offer extensions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist activities such as recruitment outsourcing payroll management.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws including PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act etc. .
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (clients & internal teams).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) is essential.
