Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for junior to mid-level positions.
Source candidates through
job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels
.
Screen resumes, conduct
initial HR interviews
, and coordinate further interview rounds.
Manage
joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction
.
Maintain accurate
employee records, HR MIS, and attendance data
.
Coordinate with payroll team/vendor for
salary processing, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
.
Support implementation and adherence to
HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes
.
Handle employee queries related to
HR policies, leave, attendance, and payroll
.
Assist in
performance appraisal cycles
and employee engagement initiatives.
Support HR audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Provide day-to-day
HR operations and administrative support
.

Preferred Candidate Profile

15 years of experience
in HR Operations / Recruitment / Generalist HR role.
Graduate / MBA in
HR or related field
preferred.
Experience in
manufacturing / industrial / engineering organisations
is an advantage.
Good understanding of
recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, payroll coordination, PF & ESIC
.
Proficient in
MS Excel, Word, and professional email communication
.
Strong
communication skills
in English & Hindi.
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach to work.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Willing to work
from office
and support day-to-day HR operations.
