Job Description

You are a proactive and detail-oriented CRM cum HR Assistant who will support both customer relationship management and human resource functions. Your responsibilities will include managing and updating customer information in the CRM system, handling customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating with sales and service teams, generating CRM reports, supporting marketing and sales campaigns, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will assist in recruitment activities, support onboarding processes for new employees, maintain employee records, and ensure HR compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update customer information in the CRM system. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. - Coordinate with the sales and service teams for timely customer follow-up. - Generate CRM reports and track customer engagement metrics. - Support marketing and sales campaigns through CRM tools. - Maintain strong relationships with customers. - Assist in recruitment activities and scheduling interviews. - Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees. - Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. - Support employee engagement and communication initiatives. - Ensure compliance with HR policies and company standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in CRM operations or HR support. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. - Good organizational and multitasking abilities. - Attention to detail and customer-first attitude. Preferred Skills: - Experience in manufacturing, construction, or B2B industry. - Knowledge of HRIS software and basic HR compliance. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
