HR Executive and Admin

Looking for immediate HR and administrator to Join at Corsica, Halasuru Location Bangalore. Should be a graduate with excellent communication skills. Male candidate prefered.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To implement HR process Recruitment, Selection, Interview, confirming and closing the required

2. To prepare offer letter, appointment letter, reviews before confirmation and appraisal, confirmation and appraisal letter, transfer letter etc.

3. Maintain and verify attendance, prepare salary and wages using Payroll software / as per company practice.

4. Maintain leave records, service reports of employees.

5. Maintain employee personal files

6. To prepare PF and ESIC records for monthly challans, update KYC records and solve any issues related to claims / withdrawals of staff and labours.

7. To prepare application of labour license, statutory compliance, records as per labour laws.

8. To prepare and maintain records for GPA policy, WC Policy, any insurance as per requirements.

9. To maintain harmonious and cordial relations between employees and organization.

10. To observe and maintain discipline followed by employees as per organisation

11. To prepare bonus and leave, Full and Final calculations as per the company policy

12. To prepare JD of the required positions with proper understanding from HOD of respective

department

13. To communicate, understand and resolve employees / labours any issues.

14. To prepare, update and maintain CVs of key persons as per tender documents

15. To read, understand and comply all necessary statuary requirements at Murbad and Project sites.

16. To visit labour offices / government offices for Liasioning work

17. To visit sites and factory for verifying statutory and admin records

18. To keep updates and introduce new HR related policy as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
