The HR Manager role requires a candidate with a BBA/MBA (HR) qualification and 0 to 2 years of experience. The position is based in Pithampur, M.P. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your role will play a crucial part in maintaining a positive workplace culture and supporting the organization's overall goals. Your key responsibilities will include managing the full hiring process, addressing employee concerns, implementing appraisal systems, identifying training needs, administering compensation structures and benefits enrollment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting diversity initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
