Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Managing payroll and ensuring timely salary disbursements.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation accurately.
  • Supporting HR audits and assisting in process improvements.
  • Handling employee queries and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 1 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and payroll.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.
  • Familiarity with HR audits and HR policies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience in handling audits and HR reporting.
