Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  , including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update

  employee records

  , HRMS data, and documentation accurately.
• Handle

  employee relations

  , address grievances, and support in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Support and execute

  performance management processes

  , including goal setting, appraisal coordination, and feedback documentation.
• Manage

  payroll inputs

  , verify attendance/leave data, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Assist in developing and implementing

  HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks

• Organize and coordinate

  employee engagement initiatives

  , training programs, and development activities.
• Oversee

  exit processes

  , including documentation, exit interviews, full-and-final settlements, and off-boarding.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational growth and employee satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in

  Human Resources

  , Business Administration, or an equivalent field.

• 35 years of experience

  in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of

  HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance

  .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  , HRMS systems, and HR tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong

  problem-solving

• Ability to work independently with a proactive and positive approach.
