dynamic and motivated HR & Digital Marketing Representative

MBA + B.Tech (or similar technical degree)

What You Will Do

  • Support HR activities including coordination, documentation, and internal communication
  • Assist in recruitment support, follow-ups, and employer branding activities
  • Handle digital marketing tasks: social media content, campaigns, SEO coordination, email marketing
  • Understand software products and communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing/HR collateral
  • Maintain records, trackers, and basic CRM/HR documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • MBA (mandatory) — HR / Marketing preferred
  • B.Tech/B.E. for better technical understanding
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and HR processes
  • Self-driven, organized, and confident in people-facing roles
