HR & Digital Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented HR & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring together a blend of digital marketing expertise, creative design skills, and content coordination abilities, while also contributing to HR operations and organizational communication.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Digital Communication

• Develop, plan, and execute effective digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Create visually appealing materials including posters, brochures, and graphics using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Design and manage digital content strategies that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Content & Editorial Coordination

• Edit and draft articles, reports, and documents according to organizational guidelines and formatting standards.
• Upload and update content and articles on the official website accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all materials meet quality and style standards before release.

Human Resources & Administration

• Assist in the recruitment process, employee onboarding, and record management.
• Coordinate HR documentation, leave tracking, and communication between departments.
• Prepare and maintain professional correspondence and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Degree, B.Tech+MBA, MBA preferred, specialization in Marketing or Human Resource Management).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and online promotional strategies.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Excellent English communication, drafting, and editing skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to design, layout, and presentation.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with a results-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
