Job Description

As an HR Digital Associate at Petrofac, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM modules as a Technical Consultant. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementation and Support of Oracle HCM modules as a Technical Consultant. - 1 - 3 years Cloud/R12 HCM experience with at least 1 year's relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. - Strong technical knowledge of BI Reports, HDL, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts. - Clear and effective communication skills - both Verbal and Written. To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: - Experience in importing data/ mass update of data/ data migration activities. - Ability to work independently. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. - Ability to handle difficult situations and crisis management. - Ability to build confidence and trust. - Manages scope and client expectations on projects effectively. - Works well with all levels from developers to key stakeholders. - Industry background: 1+ years hands-on Oracle cloud and products. - Required Education: B. Tech or Masters. - Motivated and Self Driven. - Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting methods. - Strong organizational skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong technical knowledge of personal computers and network systems.,
