Job Overview:

HR cum Project Manager

HR Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Support employee engagement and team coordination
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor, and manage ongoing creative and marketing project
  • Coordinate tasks between internal teams and ensure timely delivery
  • Track project timelines, requirements, and workflow updates
  • Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation

Client Handling & Coordination:

  • Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
  • Share updates, gather feedback, and ensure smooth client communication
  • Manage client queries, follow-ups, and relationship building
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality work on time

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
