Job Description

2 to 5 Years Exp.

Good Communication skills.

Only Male Candidate Preferred.

1. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations

Oversee attendance management, leave records, shift schedules.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the finance team.
Maintain HRMS data accuracy and employee records (physical & digital).

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
Maintain employee morale and promote company culture.

3. Performance Management

Track probation confirmations and appraisal documentation.

4. Compliance & Policies

Ensure adherence to labour laws, PF/ESI, statutory compliance.
Update HR policies and maintain policy communication across teams.

5. HR Reporting

Prepare monthly and quarterly HR dashboards.
Submit reports on attrition, recruitment status, attendance, and HR metrics.
