Job Description

Graduate with 2 years experience.
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like personal details, employment contracts and PTO requestsd
  • Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies

  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR related metrics like the aggregate number of hires by the department, salary comparison month on month, salary break down department wise, overtime paid to employees/operators/casuals etc.
  • Collect salary information including working days, overtime etc., and proceeding the same

  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Create, maintain, and update the SOPs for the human resource and administrative department in coordination with Quality Assurance
  • Ensure compliance of all Labour Laws
  • Compliance of all the statutory requirements under the Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, etc.
  • Coordinate with statutory and local bodies such as Village Panchayat, State Pollution Control Board, Factory Inspector, Boiler Inspector etc. for any matters related to the company
  • Renewal of licenses/submission of documents/alerting the management regarding the expiry of any governmental license/document in relation to SPCB, Boiler, Factory, Labour etc.
  • Maintain records as per the statutory requirements on the factory premises as discussed with the management
  • Periodically submit statutory documents to ESI/PF/IOF/Labor/Employment Exchange/Factory Inspector/State Pollution Control Board
  • Prepare and adhere to the training schedule by coordinating with every department – training schedule to be shared with management
  • Continuous monitoring of the skills and performance of the production and engineering staff – reports to be shared with management on regular basis
  • Respond to inquiries of employees
  • Carry out night visits to the plant two times a month and carrying out checks as per the checklist prepared
  • Promote and push safety trainings on a regular basis and safety culture in the organization
  • Supervise general housekeeping in coordination with the Admin officer and ensuring that cleanliness is maintained of all the non-production area
  • Ensure that no employees are on the premises after finishing their shift unless specifically requested by their supervisor/manager
  • Ensure that no prohibited materials are found on the premises of the plant or are brought in by any personnel/visitor
  • Enforce safety guidelines as per the company and statutory norms
  • Ensure that proper sign boards and safety boards are displayed in the appropriate places all across the plant
  • Maintenance and development of greenbelt as per the instructions of the management
