Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time on-site HR (Human Resource) cum Business Development Executive (BDE) at Aum Solutions in Rajkot. Your primary responsibilities will include managing HR activities such as HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Additionally, you will be involved in business development activities, focusing on identifying and onboarding new clients to drive business growth and maintaining positive client relationships.
