The Admin cum HR role is essential for managing various administrative and human resources functions within the organization. working location : Navi mumbai _Ulwe but there interviews are happening at OCS head office Thane.


Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & onboarding, documentation
  • Team Coordination
  • Employee Records & Compliance
  • Attendance & Payroll
  • Office/Vendor Management
  • Billing /Invoice, Purchase and sale order raising


Qualifications & experience, Duty working

  • Any graduate
  • Min 2 Yrs in HR and admin
  • Duty : 9 Hrs with 6 days working


Required Skills

  • Fluent Communication
  • Must have experience from HR and admin role
  • Immediate joiner

Pay range and compensation package: 3LPA
