As an Admin cum HR at OCS, your role is crucial in managing various administrative and human resources functions within the organization. The working location for this role is Navi Mumbai - Ulwe, with interviews taking place at the OCS head office in Thane. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & onboarding, including documentation - Team coordination - Maintenance of employee records & ensuring compliance - Office and vendor management - Handling billing, invoicing, and raising purchase and sale orders Qualifications & Experience: - Any graduate - Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and admin - Duty timing: 9 hours with 6 days working Required Skills: - Fluent communication skills - Previous experience in HR and admin roles - Immediate joiner preferred Please note that OCS is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered.
