The HR Core Operations Support Senior Manager role at Citi involves managing a team or department to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience in HR operations and talent management, working knowledge of ServiceNow and HR human capital management systems, deep understanding of HR processes in multinational institutions, ability to work under pressure, influence at senior levels, communicate effectively, and interact professionally with a diverse group. Strong organization, time management, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
