HR Coordinator

You are a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator joining a team in the diamond industry located in BKC, Mumbai. Your responsibilities include coordinating HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with industry and company standards specific to the sensitive diamond business environment. - Coordinate daily HR operations in diamond manufacturing or trading environments. - Maintain and update employee records such as attendance, shift rotations, and biometric data. - Assist in recruitment for various roles like assorters, polishers, CAD designers, and office staff. - Manage onboarding and exit formalities with confidentiality and proper documentation. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory norms, especially in SEEPZ, MIDC, etc., if applicable. - Coordinate internal training programs for factory and office staff. - Maintain data in HRMS, Excel trackers, and employee engagement logs. - Address employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field. - 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the diamond, jewelry, or manufacturing sector. - Strong communication and coordination skills.
